The first full appearance of Ms. Marvel came in All New Marvel Now! Point One #1 which was released on this day in 2014. Technically Kamala Khan made her first cameo appearance in Captain Marvel #14, which came out the previous year, but she didn't appear in her full costume at the time.
Created by editors Sana Amanat and Stephen Wacker, writer G. Willow Wilson, and artists Adrian Alphona and Jamie McKelvie, Kamala is Marvel's first Muslim character to headline in her own ongoing comic book.

We're kicking off our Christmas Double Feature with Ms. Marvel!
Content Warning: Ms. Marvel contains references to Islamophobia and some violence. I won’t say viewer discretion is advised on this one because it’s pretty tame, so use your judgment. When I look back at Spider-Man between OMD-Spencer’s run, it really does seem like the people in charge of the stories (Brevoort, Wacker, Quesada, Slott, etc) not only seemed to possess a fundamental misunderstanding for the character and his mythos, but an active disdain for what the character and the mythos were actually about.
This design looks terrible and the bad luck powers suck. You can tell Slott and Wacker are involved though because they emphasis the bad luck powers.
Because...that’s what Felicia amounts to right?
Sexy temptation villainess with bad luck powers.Â
I.e. not Felicia but the most banal interpretation of you you could imagine based upon the fact that she is a black cat themed character
Mary Jane was in ASM #802, might be in upcoming issues.
She will be in RYV for however much longer that series lasts.
She will be in Spidergeddon
She will be in the PS4 video game
She is in the Newspaper strips still
Just saying...for the time being it looks like we are winning.
Only place she isn’t in yet is in that terrible Spider-Man cartoon. Who’re some of the major creative forces on that again?
Oh yeah...Slott and Wacker
