Yep! Important thing to note is while Cass and Rose can both admit to being fine dating Steph, they still won't admit they're dating each other. Steph simply does not care enough to fight that battle she's got two hot girlfriends if they want to pretend they're not holding hands while watching a movie that's their right! More popcorn for her.

Excellent questions! Given Steph and Cass's current status in canon I'm going to kindly give them two years. It could be a lot worse. They really are that determined to ride this platonic bff thing to the very end no matter how many nights they end up spooning in bed after a rooftop burger date. Two years of this feels about right before they finally realise that kissing your best friend "for fun" and because you "just love her so much" after she took you to the movies might actually count as a date.
Cass and Rose are interesting because I think they'd actually be much more self aware. Three team ups that turn into bloody fights in very close frequency to the other would be enough to have both of them wondering is this, like... A date? Of course acknowledging it internally and actually saying it out loud are two very different things and for the latter I'm afraid the answer is never. The closest they come is Cass bandaging Rose's wounds in her flat after their latest brush with death and Rose makes some comment about buying her dinner first while lying on Cass's bed. And Cass tells her to shut the fuck up and go bleed on her couch, her bed has fresh sheets. And that's the closest they come to acknowledging it but next time Rose is in Gotham they will be fighting and kissing and eating dinner together and spending the night and Rose will leave in the morning without even a note and that's fine with both of them. It's not dating if you don't say it out loud right? It's just A Thing.
For the three of them I'd say two dates is enough, entirely because of Steph. If she's figured out she's dating Cass by this point and also noticed Cass and Rose's Thing, she's bringing it up the second time the three of them are hotboxing together and Cass is immediately trying to make a run for it but jokes on her, Steph specifically suggested hotboxing because she knows it makes Cass sleepy. We're going to talk about this weird polyamory thing you emotionally guarded fuckers and the Spoilermobile will keep all three of us nice and calm until all the scary acknowledgements of feelings is over. It's like you forget she's a detective and a prodigy just because she can't kill a man with her bare hands. Get ot3ed losers.
