Tonight, I think I amazed even myself!! I participate in weekly @fitbit challenges with friends and family. My brother tends to win at the end of each week because he is so active at school. WELL...I am determined to beat him this week or at least put up a good fight! It took me 52 minutes 57 seconds to achieve my daily step goal of 10,000 steps and 2 miles for the workout. At 67 minutes 36 seconds and 3.61 miles, I took over as victor in our step challenge. I switched off the treadmill and declared my workout a win! I finished my night with 12,253 steps. My goal for this week is to achieve 10,000 steps or more for all 6 of my workout days and I know I can do it!! This is the road to 250 lbs by the end of the year. If I stick to the plan, then I can do it.
