I tried to talk to my mom about yesterday and my step dad had completely lied to her about what happened, I’m glad I’m starting to record these incidents

I’m gonna try and record whenever my step dad is abusive from now on, just now I asked him if he could wait a minute for me to finish cooking to do the cat food cause the cat food smell is gross, and his response was obviously no and he started going on and on and then after it was quiet for like a minute he out of the blue said “you know I don’t see why you would even care cause your the one who leaves gross dishes in your room for days” like I’ve talked to him and my mom about how the dishes thing is a symptom and how I feel awful about it and it really hurts me when they make fun of me for it, and he still does it out of the blue just to get a rise out of me and then he uses me getting upset as a way to say I’m just being ridiculous

My parents are so draining like I could be having a grand time just hanging out doing things at my own pace and then the minute they walk in their barking orders in that tone they use and i hate it. Like just leave me alone I was happy
