I'm tired, but my favorite TV show is on, and they're showing the first episode of season one. Which is rare for a TV channel. I started knitting a headband for myself and I am planning to unravel a project which I started last year. Because I am not satisfied with how it turned out.
Current step count 4477 steps from 3000.
7000 steps is the way to go!

Which from what this article that highlights the benefits in what you would be gaining with the steps suggested. Which dementia could be reduced significantly with just upkeeping the 7,000 steps a day. Which to me that is already a big bonus especially if it runs in the family. But 10,000 steps is still beneficial for the betterment of health, and it is ok to work your way up to it.

Just wanted to share this since I found it interesting, because since starting on walking it has been a daily grind to get to 8,000 steps. Which most times I still don't even hit that....I have to remember it is a work in progress and will get there dang it!

I’m in a steps contest with my friends and yk outside is cold sometimes so I just pace around my room in a figure eight in increments of ten minutes and now im in third place only underneath two grown ass men who work out every day

My samsung watch says i hit 10,700 steps.
But motherfucking google step counter says im only at 8,860!
And pikmin only syncs with google not samsung!
