I have so many things to be grateful for each day and do my best to start my day off with these thoughts, especially on the days I am feeling discouraged. My family, our health, my friends, our home... I teach my daughters this as well to think about and say what it is they are grateful for and hearing their perspective on this is wonderful and funny like lizards 🦎, food 🥘 and books 📚.
