Jumping on the Bandwagon!
#HappyHealthyHolidays seems like a good way to take the motivation I have to start taking care of myself again and channeling it into something productive and organized. I definitely want to try to stay with it throughout November, then see if I want to continue for December. I'm officially starting today because yesterday I didn't even think about doing this.
With that said, I'm not comfortable sharing a before pic, so I'll list my starting stats for the month: Starting Weight: 171.6lbs Waist Measurement: 30in Hips Measurement: 45.5in
Now my health goals for the month!
Limit coffee consumption to twice a week.
Drink 7-8 cups of water daily.
Limit take-out/restaurants to 0-1x a week.
Practice yoga 4-5x a week.
Try starting a new form of exercise.
Lose 3lbs and/or 3in overall.
I feel like these are very realistic goals for me to maintain and meet for most days. I've set a new calorie goal with this weight and with my current activity level, but am ready to make adjustments should I start doing more than yoga. I think the hardest goal to meet will be trying a new form of exercise. I'm not sure if I want to keep my gym membership and find something there or get over my fear of the dogs outside and start walking/running again.
Is anyone else participating? :)
