STARTING TINY A little art experiment. I noticed I seem to have an easier time with some poses when I draw them in super tiny form, like bordering on a silhouette... So I tried doodling some of these "miniatures”, thinking only about the poses, and then I took one of the tiny doodles and scaled that shit way up! XP That's when I made a new layer and drew over it.
It's by no means a foolproof trick, but I did find it to be a useful template! I do see some glaring problems with the bottom art (besides obviously being unfinished), but considering I did all of this pretty quickly, I think it turned out okayish.
Anyway, just in case someone may find it helpful, I decided to post this up. I’d love to see someone else try it and see if it’s just me being weird or not. XD
This is a trick intended for digital artists, but maybe traditional ones can still find some way to use it, too. *shrug*
