There are moments where Atieno isn't even sure if Evander was paying attention to them. They were trying to catch him up with what they had been up to .. and here he was so.. enraptured by the technology of it all. Sure, they had their own devices that they occasionally used but it still felt .. different to them to see how easy beings could get incredibly caught up.

If words weren't going to do the trick, they would have to take action and a gentle hand to the face was certainly enough to get his attention.

Funny how that seemed to work, they thought with a mildly amused feeling behind it all. Finally feeling his hand on their wrist and a kiss pressed against their palm, Atieno hums a little bit.

Before coming back for the second semester, Hiro had gotten an e-mail from the Housing department, saying that his roommate Kwang-ho was transferring schools, which meant he would be roommate-less for a while. He had to read it a few times until the news sunk in, but he couldn’t be more thrilled to hear this. No more annoying, drunk-ass roommate asking him stupid questions about Japan. No more random invites to parties and events he didn’t want to go. 

He used his ID card to unlock the wing of the dorm building that his room was located in and he entered the wing. He rounded the corner slowly and noticed someone looking around for a room.

recently llyr had set up shop whilst dal worked, watching and even giving little inputs here and there. granted, the boy enjoyed the company and enjoyed even more so having someone he cared about take interest in what he did. so when llyr decided to come back today, he was over run with happiness. yet.. there was this hunger growing inside his stomach.. the plump of the boys lips were so enticing. he wasn’t sure if maybe he was just lonely? maybe... maybe there was some kind of feeling there? either way, he was being eaten alive. dal turned his head to glance at the male who was staring his way. ah.. he put down the bouquet in his hand and approached him, looking down at him with a sort of nervous demeanor.he looked so soft, so enthralling between the shadowed of the room and the bright of the street. so warm, so welcoming. a hand reached to cup the boys cheek and he leaned in, pressing a sudden kiss to the boys lips. what the hell- oh no. he pulled away a bit, half expecting to get smacked. but no.. llyr instead made a joke, making dal smile a little. his hand reached to rub his nape and he stepped back a little. 

“It’s pretty interesting, you know...Even for me” The voice came seemingly from nowhere, but actually came from a male, clothed in black and gold clothes, perched on a nearby branch, soft green eyes glistening up at the sky. “After all this time, even I’m sometimes surprised by what the forest tells me. Sometimes it’s little things, like a new fawn being born or a new flower starting to grow. And other times?” 

     he aches, he aches, he is burning, infinite aching pressure expanding at the edges in a threat to burst at the seams. never before has kyungmin felt the weight of his true nature than now, in this moment, before this stranger who calls to his very being like the stars call to him, like the memories that dance at the edges of his dreams linger in fading familiarity. he aches, in a way that threatens the flush of cheeks and the ruby redness of a nose after a good, long cry ( there’s a burning behind his eyes, and he thinks he will cry if he doesn’t speak soon ). he aches, yet is rendered speechless for one too many moments. it is foolish, to hope, to dare to hope, and yet something warm and firelight bright flickers into life in his chest.

Sam was wandering around the mall as he always did during his shifts. It was his job to make sure that everything was in order and even though, he could technically stay in the control room and simply watch the cameras, it usually got quite stuffy in there after a while and he needed some change of scenery and some fresh air. His first step was usually somewhere out the back so he could smoke a cigarette. He didn't smoke a lot but it was something from his past that he couldn't get rid of completely but it was far less than it used to.
