..jk- heres a plot summary. that i stole from my brainpower

in stars and time is an indie turn-based RPG game created by the magnificent @/insertdisc5(who is on tumblr! and still making games! yippee truth scrapper!) and the soundtrack is by uhhhh. i forgot. the soundtrack is absolutely BANGER though. okay off topic shit anyway- the game starts at the end of the saviors journey. the saviors consist of five people, who are: siffrin- the traveler(who you play as!), mirabelle- the housemaiden, isabeau- the defender, odile- the researcher, and bonnie- the kid/cook. mirabelle was sent on your typical country saving journey by the change god, and picked up the rest of the party on the way. during pre-canon, everyone goes on a wonderful and dangerous trip through the country of vauguarde, which is slowly being frozen in time by a mysterious king. however, during canon, you jump in right at the end of the saviors journey, at their very last destination. the small town of dormont, which has a house(a religious building for the change religion, not like. a normal house.) that the king has taken residence in. the game starts the day before everyone fights the king, and the first thing that happens is siffrin waking up from a nap. though, the very next day, right when they enter the house to finish their month long journey, a tragedy happens. siffrin dies. and finds himself waking up yesterday, just to do it all over again until he gets it right.

and theres your story synopsis. okayy onto my little characters my little blorbos my little meow meows that suffer endless torment no matter what the fandom does!!!> have ‘short’ descriptions of each of my favorite characters(all of them im listing all of them) starting with two of my top three!! number three will be last cuz they’re technically spoilers. so many damn spoilers. anyhow onwards tooo

siffrin(he/they), the traveler! siffrin here is our main character and protagonist. theyre a mysterious forgetful little guy who loves to joke around and make puns to make the rest of his friends laugh. we dont know much about them at first, but they have a big hat and a nice cloak and a cool dagger so whats not to like really! as the game goes on, literally nothing goes wrong with siffrin! nothing at all! i swear im not lying to you. this is a Hapoy Game with Happy Siffrin. happy. i swear

bonnie(they/them), the kid! or the cook- bonnie is our favorite preteen who is kind of a uhhhh. kind of grumpy for Reasons. but they were taken on along this journey because they didnt have anywhere else to go, and are loved by Everyone in the party and also the fandom! protect the kid at all costs! they’re adorable! theyre also the only one who can cook reliably in the party, and make snacks for everyone in between floors of the house. say thank you bonnie. bonnie deserves to be told thanks for being alive and well

mirabelle(she/her), the housemaiden! shes the one who is technically the main character, just not from our point of view. shes the one blessed by the change god to save a country, and she’s very lovable! shes a very well written character! i love mirabelle! she also loves horror romance books, and is great aroace rep in my personal opinion, and is overall a very special girl. she has anxiety. she has so much anxiety. relatable, honestly.

isabeau(he/him), the defender! a large funny man! we love isabeau too! hes gentle, nice, kind, everything one could want in a traveling companion. he may seem a bit airheaded, but he’s still smart and really enjoys being with everyone on this journey. hes the second one to join the party, or. first, depending if you count mirabelle as first to join her own party or not, and has known mirabelle the longest! but is still fond of everyone nonetheless. he and siffrin are pun buddies…

odile(she/her), the researcher! the classic old woman of the group, but she will kick you if you call her the mom of the group. she will murder you. shes not actually from vauguarde, instead from a country called ka bue, and was on a research excursion when the stuff with the king started happening. she seems a bit jaded, but she’s fun-loving and definitely an adorable character, though if you tell her that she’ll probably kill you too. that or put spicy peppers in your sandwich. either or, really.

and finally, my favorite little guy…. loop(they/them), the star, the sponsor! the mysterious cosmic guide that was summoned after siffrin started looping through time. they say theyre here to help! and they definitely are! yay loop!

other reasons to pkay the game cuz i am. running out of time here- bed soon… anyway: the SOUNDTRACK omg, the character development, the talking portraits, the extra optional events, both of the endings, the banger ass artstyle and graphics, loop, the sheer angst, the fanfic is AWESOMEEEE, the community around the game is also awesome and supporting, and its only 20 bucks for over 20 hours of playtime!!!! such a good game!!!! fuck yes!!!! play isat now aaaa!!!!!!!

OKAY SO THE PLOT SUMMARY i. think im getting it. i know well this game has timeloop involved. hell yeah i love timeloops. and i love games where there's lore from before the true game starts. liking this premise so far i'll go and play the game when i get the chance because damn im already interested.

ok bonnie sounds so nice i already love them, again i know myself the nonbinary kid will always be one of my favs because. cmon. and they are a good cook??????? there's reasons to like them. thank you bonnie forever and ever (<-haven't seen them at all ever in his life (that's how cool bonnie is))

isabeau sounds like that kind of character that i would become so annoying with the puns. cool nice guy. friend shaped. i have no idea how he looks still i can already picture a vague appereance. probablyis not fully true but.yeahg. love him already im already loving a lot of the characters you make them sound cool sjhdjl
