    eichi’s idea of courting includes vaguely-threatening flirting (”your eyes are beautiful... i’d love to have them”) and spending loads of cash on you. you can tell he’s interested in you by the $500 necklace sitting on your desk one morning and the frequent coffee dates to the most expensive café in town he takes you on. he can be sweet, though- gently brushing your hair out of your eyes and telling you that you look gorgeous tonight. it’ll be quite the ride for sure.

    souma has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. he tries to compliment you and ask you on dates, but he fails miserably. he also tries to impress you with various sword techniques (which, i mean, should work. who wouldn’t be impressed by a cute boy with a sick sword?). he tends to follow you around like a lost puppy and offer to help you with anything you may need, too! he really wants you to like him as much as he likes you; he’ll do whatever it takes.
