Baring the previous scene regarding Mai and Zuko getting together - which I will be breaking down one day - I would like to acknowledge the animation detail here. Where Zuko could - allegedly - be staring at Katara while he is serving tea to the group. And like I don't know about you all but that look definitely seems to be for her, and noticing how she looks.... Just saying.

But then you get an immediate other scene right here

Now, one could say he is looking away to serve the tea. But THEN, why is Katara staring at him with a soft look after he did the same to her. And not only that, her hand is on his arm like when she hugged him from the Southern Raiders. And that smile looks like her reserved smile for Zuko.

Also, as I am writing this, I notice the have the same swirl design on their outfits (might be old new but like COME ON!)

And this is why animation is such a beautiful medium. You can look at a frame and can pick apart a scene and wonder what they were thinking to make this sequence of events as well as some of the smaller details that tell the bigger story along with the writing and voices to carry the story.
