Who are the saints and other figures from biblical history that you most associate with Tarkin?
The first thing that came to mind was St. Sebastian, and I 100% blame @medisinals for this as well as this fabulous Hammer-verse Victor art by @shahs1221
St. Augustine of Hippo also comes to mind as well as Pope Leo X and Pontius Pilate.
I also heavily associate him with both St. Michael the Archangel and Lucifer, the latter also tying into my various Goëtiaassociation I have for him, but that’s a topic for another time.
Also, because of my headcanon that Tarkin is a transgender man, I take a lot of inspiration from the film adaptation of the book and general Catholic mythos of Pope Joan for my Vatican AU.
* There are probably more I could add, but brain fog and time have made me a bit rusty on my Church history at the moment, so I might end up added more onto this later.
Edit: Also, I don’t know if anyone remembers this, but when I first made this blog, I HEAVILY associated Tarkin as an Antichrist figure, so that’s also a thing.
