what a lovely way for two friends (yes, really, just friends) to spend the day! relaxing by the pool in the autumn sun, sipping on pinap berry juice imported all the way from alola and flavored with sweet tsareena sap. and all of this was given to you without your even asking. for a bunch of racist homophobes, ursula and her family are really too kind!

as the two of you sit back, you hear a rustle nearby. is it the bushes? no--it’s shamus’s backpack! digging through the pack, you discover that someone has invisibly placed an envelope inside. opening it to read, you find the following riddle:

I lie where I would be most often forgot There where you find me, I am and am not.

“Hey, May!” Brendan greeted May as soon as he saw her on Valentine’s Day morning. “I hope you like this.” 

Blushing, he rubbed his head with his free and while handing her a Valentine’s Day card with the other. The card contained a graphic of a Torchic on it: 

Will you be my Valentine? You’re my number 1 chick.

@shinyscarlett052​: One of the first friends I had starting in the Pokémon rp fandom. Building a relationship with her adorable OC Scarlett and Meowth has been a lot of fun. Plus coming up with several threads, always full of ideas and very open to plot with my other muses as well as hers on her multi-muse blog.

Discussing characters, sharing headcanons, coming up with dozens of thread plots. Definitely one of my favorite muns on here! Follow her amazing Pokémon blogs if you’re not already!

@princeofhoenn​: Bluey! Definitely one of my favorite points of this blog was for Brendan to build relations with characters from the anime and Drew was one of the first ones. It’s awesome to see how far the two came from when they first met. Again, another mun fun to talk to OOC. Follow!

@aureajuniper​: We haven’t done much on this account, but you’re it’s awesome that there was a Professor Juniper on here so I can have my Unova muse get some background and character development. Whenever you have Professor Juniper talk about him or her other students, it’s always a high point in my day! Keep up the great work!

@shootie​: Trip! Like with Brendan-Drew, it’s great to get a Shamus-Trip friendship here. I’ve wanted to think of other ways to get my other muses to have some kind of interaction with Trip but we’ve been able to clash so well with Shamus and Trip it’s hard. Anyway, keep up the great work!

“Okay! Okay! I won’t tamper the vote anymore! But, come on, no vote takebacks! One vote from each of us from you! Okay, it’s a two-two tie. For real. Let’s finish it out fair and square.” 

“She should be around here, right?” Serena looked up from her map at the brightly-colored building in front of her. The Slateport City contest hall. She’d agreed to meet May here, but Slateport City was bigger than she expected, and while it wasn’t as big as some of the cities back home in Kalos, it was unfamiliar enough to make navigating through it difficult. 

It didn’t help that there was a crowd of people exiting the contest hall - some coordinators, and others just spectators. A contest must have just ended. 

“Brai brai!” Braixen’s cry caught Serena’s attention, and she glanced down to see her partner pointing with her stick. Following the fire-type’s gaze, Serena’s face lit up as she spotted the familiar face. 

OKAY BUT YOU FORGOT THE BEST ONE

Ah, yes, where do I start talking about May? We didn’t always get off on the right foot. When I was young and obsessed with Pokemon, she was mostly afraid of them. While I couldn’t wait to go on my Pokemon journey, from what I remember, May just wanted to travel and see new places, but along the way she fell in love with Pokemon as much as I did, and even discovered her own career. 

We didn’t really see eachother a whole lot when she traveled with Ash, but after her adventures with him, as well as my own solo adventures we started traveling together, and I’ve never felt happier than whenever I’m around her. 

We both grew up a lot, we both learn a lot from eachother, and I wouldn’t want to spend a minute with anyone else.
