I made a flickgame!! (Note: the loading screen has a very bright but stationary grid of colours, like those end of broadcast screens on old TVs, but my game itself has a pretty mellow colour scheme, I think.)

... that's it. That's the objective. You can bother him in a number of ways, have fun discovering them all. No warnings, unless you count one reference to feeling like he has to go if you tickle him too much (you cannot actually tickle him enough that that happens, this is not that kinda game!) It's just kind of a very mean and invasive game though, pfft.
There's actually one or two peaceful scenes you can get (one easy to get, one very hard because it can only be accessed through one specific shot of one scene--good luck!)
