We begin the ceremony by painting ourselves with the vibrant colour yellow infused with the energy of the solar plexus chakra to awaken the inner spiritual warrior that lies within us all. This workshop uses meditation, imagery, and mandala art therapy to take you on a healing journey created just for you. Using the element of fire we call upon the energy and power of the sun to burn away all that we no longer need. During this healing journey you will find your strength, empowerment, and courage that lies within you. We will awaken that warrrior that lies in your soul so you will have increased self esteem and stamina to fight your everyday battles. ChakradanceTM is a modality recognized by the IICT that uses sacred space created by an accredited, licensed Chakradance Facilitator. Samaria is Calgary's most experienced Chakradance Facilitator. She is also a Reiki Master/Teacher, Advanced Pranic Energy Healer trained in psychotherapeutic techniques, and a student of Shamanism. She is a proud member of The Wellness Universe, Your Holistic Earth, The Healing Connection Network and IICT.
