" the price we paid is unbelievable. "
Hn. Cirucci couldn’t say she was exactly friendly with the new Arrancar who had come into Las Noches, the ones born with that oh so special Hogyoku brought back by Aizen. It’s bitterness, certainly, that’s kept her away. Things had been just fine before in her opinion, not that anyone cared for it. Now, now things had changed and she couldn’t say she enjoyed it. Even if she remained loyal, even if she did what she was supposed to do.
But to hear one of the new ones speak on a price to pay for joining - well, Cirucci can’t help but think she was in for much more than what she’d already paid. Who knew when the next round of replacements would be? Who knew when they would be left to the wayside? She wants to tell her as much, to reminder her that the good graces she currently had could be pulled out from under her easily... Or maybe it was crueler to say nothing at all. Was that what she wanted to be? Cruel?
“It’s not like I don’t know. I’ve been around far longer than you have.” The Privaron decides to go for some middle ground, in between saying what she wants to and saying something entirely false. Still, she struggles to keep the snip out of her tone. Oh well, the fraccion could deal with that on her own. “Stay around long enough and who knows, you might end up paying much more too.”
