This burger has a spicy and tasty twist thanks to the smokey BBQ sauce and the heat of Sriracha. Great for summer burger lovers who like their food with a little kick.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup BBQ sauce. 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce. 4 burger buns. 4 slices pepper jack cheese. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 tomato slices. 4 pickle slices.
Instructions: Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Ground beef, BBQ sauce, and Sriracha sauce should all be mixed together well in a bowl. Make 4 burger patties out of the beef mixture that are all the same size. Grill the patties for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of pepper jack cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. On the grill, toast the burger buns for about one minute, until they get a little brown. Put the burgers together: Put a lettuce leaf on the bottom bun and then the cheesy patty on top of it. Add slices of tomato, red onion, and pickle on top. Last, put the top bun on top of the stack of ingredients. Cheers to your Spicy Sriracha BBQ Burger! Serve it hot and enjoy it!
