I got several asks for the same OC, so I am grouping them! 💗 Ramble a bit about this character! Okay, so. Lena was my first ever DA oc and I created her in August 2019 when I first played Inquisition (yeah, I have played Inquisition before Origins). I knew pretty much nothing about everything except that I wanted to romance the Bull, but after a couple of quests my brain created this whole meta universe where Lena had a younger bro and sis and different outcomes and romances etc depending on which universe was chosen. Although I had planned to romance Bull with her, Bull became my Lavellan’s LI and Lena romanced Cullen instead. Fastforward to almost two years later and since I didn’t feel like the romance 100% fit her (Idk, ocs have their own voices) anymore, I revamped her choosing to romance Blackwall instead. It fits. 💧 What is something from your OC’s past they’re the most ashamed of and why? What is something they’re really proud of? And lastly what is something in their past that could make them shake with dread? You know how i said up above that she has different worldstates? In one her brother survives (he is a mage) and in one it’s her sis who survives (templar). She has a twin-like attachment to her brother, even though they were born years apart. That said, the thing she is most ashamed of was the feeling of relief when she found out it was their sister who died at the Conclave. Lena takes pride in the fact that she managed to work through both ptsd and depression after Trespasser and regained confidence in herself by reinventing herself (she goes from rogue to warrior because of the whole one-handed thing). As for the shaking with dread part... it is once again connected to her siblings. When they were kids and Marcus suddenly froze the plate of soup he was eating, she felt the same ice in her veins. Then she had to watch the Templars take him away and the dread only got worse. 💥 Are there any emotions your OC doesn’t know how to deal with, doesn’t understand or hates having to feel? Any reason behind this? Feelings in general? She is a pretty emotionally constipated person in my canon worldstate. She has worked as a merc for the longest time before Inquisition, so sex is just sex for her. Friendships are mainly business transactions and so on. Being shoved into a leader’s shoes certainly doesn’t help, but at least she ends up acquiring enough tools to deal with her emotions. (and friends. And sex with feelings) 🏀 Does your OC have any skills that people wouldn’t expect them to have? Do they have a hobby or pass time that others would consider strange or weird? How did they learn this particular skill or pick up this hobby? Uhm... well, she has very high DEX, so she can juggle? xD It was something entertaining and dumb that made her siblings laugh back when they were kids. 👹 How does you OC act around different people and how does their personality change to match the environment they’re in? How do they act with: friends, family, strangers, children or their lover(s)? There are three types of behaviours you can see from her: with Dorian, Cole and Bull she is herself, goofy laughters, puns and also vulnerability; with Josephine and Cass she is a slightly more polished version of herself because she wants to gain their approval. And with people like Vivienne, Cullen and pretty much every stranger outside the Inner Circle she puts on the leader pants and dies of stress in a corner afterwards.
