I headcanon Spryman as being 6.5 years old (human-wise) since Hector is 13. Since some of the cells are obviously adult, they can be no older than 13, so I just half that age.

With that, I headcanon cells grow up two times faster than, say, a regular human, so it would make sense, because if Spryman is only 6.5 years old, he’s still ‘half’ the age of a regular adult, so like a prepubescent kid, which is what he acts like/is based on.

I also imagine that since Ozzy mentions being a ‘baby/little cell’ when Frank was 13, when the man started going downhill, and since I also headcanon the show as being a separate universe from the movie (Due to MANY continuity errors), Frank is probably no older than 30, leaving Ozzy at 17 years old.
