You know... you've always been there. We hung out in my neighborhood, we have gone to the same school forever, we had a class together and ate lunch together in eighth grade, we took a picture together freshman year, we were always at the same events but it wasn't until I had no one that I found you. You have always been there but it was never the right time then. I went to lunch with my former best friend and talking to her just reiterated the fact that she and I are different.. too different and that she wouldn't accept me for who I am and she definitely would not be okay with the things I do and it made me thankful that I have you because you are always there for me and always will be. Goodbye 2012
They say that the odd years are the worst and I fully believed it because 2011 was shit and I just knew 2012 would be better. I don't know if that is true though. 2012 Started off with me in a relationship that I was in just because it was convenient. Somewhere between here and there I completely lost touch with not only him but my best friend at the time. I became really close to Blair who I am extremely thankful for. She helped me learn about so many things in life that people like to pretend isn't real and really helped me figure things out about myself. I went to MFuge and had the best experiences with amazing people who I love and know I can always trust. I learned that no matter who you are or what you have done, what you are doing even, God still loves you and therefore so should I. I adopted this principle of always listening and being as understanding to everyone as much as possible because assuming and judging just aren't options. I learned that the good do die young and death does happen to people close to you. I drank for the first time and a couple more times after that. I learned that the people you look up to in your childhood aren't always as respectable as you think. I found an amazing guy who I can not imagine 2013 without. Coincidentally he and I met on Tumblr. I struggled with accepting the fact that I have anxiety and owe so much to the people around me for being there for me. I got accepted with the possibility of a full tuition scholarship to a great school where I hopefully will get to room with Blair. 2012 has been one hell of a year and I can't say I am sad to see it go. I look forward to college with Blair and Dickie and an amazing relationship with Robert. I have met some of the greatest people here on tumblr and I just want y'all to know I appreciate you so much and am so thankful to have y'all in my life. I just want y'all to know how much I love you and adore you. Dickie, Blair, and Robert I just really want y'all to know how much you mean to me and how you made 2012 so much better for me. I love y'all. Happy New Years. I hope 2013 is good to y'all.
