When Jinora got lost in the Spirit World Yangchen was probably getting such bad Jetsun flashbacks. The parallels are insane actually. Jinora and Jetsun both being like a sister to Korra and Yangchen, guiding them into the Spirit World, and then getting stuck themselves... which brings me to my other point that Jetsun and Jinora have probably met, Jinora was asleep in the fog of lost souls and Jetsun is the only one (that we know of) who can do that.
