I am so proud of myself for finishing this challenge. I wasnβt perfect every single day but I made movement a focus and have found time to get it in every single day. Showing up like this helped me become more consistent and I have committed to 10,000 steps a day. My workouts have become more consistent and I am now hitting at least 5 days a week. I have more goals I need to accomplish so going to lock in for another challenge!
