Update; Sprained my foot AND ankle during โthe great lock inโ so clearly that challenge wasnโt for me. Iโm now coming back from injury, with the same goals in mind, but about 13lbs thicker. Starting with adding a walk in at 7:30am every day to add more steps to my daily routine. Sticking to my 9am workout, but starting out at home before heading back to the gym workouts. Hoping to track my water better and actually land in a caloric deficit this time around. LFG.
