Hello all. Once again, these slides were made for Instagram stories so I'm sorry if they look a bit odd for here! A few of you got in touch to say you enjoyed the spring planner that I'd made (it was a workbook designed to take you through planning the next 3 months of life, and generally helping you to get.shit.done) so I thought I'd share my newsletter here too.

It's only 5 days, but it's 5 days of very good things. There's music and books and poems and recipes and then one big thing each day like tips on how to declutter your mind from all the negative thoughts.
