This Keto-friendly recipe combines succulent baked salmon with creamy spinach and a rich hollandaise sauce. It's a delicious and nutritious dish perfect for those following a low-carb lifestyle.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 2 tbsp olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 cups fresh spinach. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 4 egg yolks. 1 tbsp lemon juice. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. Pinch of cayenne pepper.
Instructions: Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C. Add salt, pepper, and olive oil to the salmon fillets. Spread out on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked. Put olive oil in a skillet and heat it over medium-low heat while the salmon bakes. Mix in the garlic and cook until it smells good. Put in fresh spinach and cook it until it wilts. Grate some Parmesan cheese and add heavy cream. Take the sauce off the heat once it gets thick. To make the hollandaise sauce, mix the egg yolks and lemon juice in a bowl that can handle heat. Make sure the water in the pot doesn't touch the bottom of the bowl when you put it over it. Add the melted butter slowly while whisking all the time until the sauce gets thick. Add some cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to taste. Place some creamy spinach on each plate, then add a salmon fillet and drizzle with hollandaise sauce. You are ready to serve. Have fun with your keto-friendly food!
