A delicious and easy-to-make flatbread sandwich loaded with tender chicken, nutritious baby spinach, flavorful sun-dried tomatoes, and gooey melted cheese.
Ingredients: 2 flatbreads. 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded. 1 cup baby spinach leaves. 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced. 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C. Put the flatbreads on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put minced garlic and olive oil in a small bowl. Use this to brush on the flatbreads. Spread the cooked chicken, baby spinach leaves, and sun-dried tomatoes out evenly on the flatbreads. Add mozzarella cheese shreds and Parmesan cheese grated on top. Add pepper and salt to taste. Heat the oven to 400 degrees and put the flatbread in it. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and bubbles and the edges are golden. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit before cutting it. Enjoy while still warm!
