The relationship between these two......basically doesn't exist at least not from a certain perspective and what I mean is that it's a one-sided thing.

Spider!Phantomhive!reader HATES Tim for replacing Jason as robin since the drakes were neighbors with the Waynes meanwhile Jason didn't have that and grew up next to Spider!Phantomhive!reader.

Spider!Phantomhive!reader basically took one look at this grew up rich kid replacing their best friend and HATING him on the spot and NOTHING ever changing that.

Meanwhile Tim is trying to have the relationship Damian has with Spider!Phantomhive!reader but either someone(mainly Damian or Sebastian) gets on the way or Spider!Phantomhive!reader has something else to do or just avoids him or something along those lines.

When it comes to Sebastaion he is VERY aware of Spider!Phantomhive!reader's Hatred for Tim Drake

So, for my version on Spider!Phantomhive!reader and Damian's relationship is basically this.

Spider!Phantomhive!Reader is some type of "I don't have a kid" then the next Damian walks in and reader does something parental or asks something a parent would ask their child when it comes to the child taking care of themselves.

Though it is EXTREMLY OBVIOUS that Spiderphantomhive!reader has a soft spot for this Wayne ONLY......well besides Jason.

Spider!Phantomhive!reader not knowing they're acting like a parent to Damian since it's basicly something they do for everyone, but when it comes to Damian Spider!Phantomhive!reader has a soft spot for the kid.

I love the thought that either way you go Spider!Phantomhive!reader basicly goes "Fuck i have a kid" and it's Damian.

OR a third Option!

In this one Spider!Phantomhive!reader knows their treating Damian like a child but in their deffence.....he is a child an extremely smart one and wise beyond his actual age but still a child.

Spider!Phantomhive!reader spent a majority of their childhood shadowing her uncle knowing one day they would take over the Phantomhive family company and basically being something like Damian in a way but still being a child despite that since both Uncle Ben and Aunt May wanted Spider!Phantomhive!reader to be a child as long as they could.

Spider!phantomhive!reader seeing how Bruce and the others treat the al ghul side of Damian as something that should be fixed or something that should be forgotten and basically going "Fuck off or I'm revealing your identity's" or some other black mail stuff if Bruce and the others don't stop treating how Damian was raised and his mother as something bad as well as giving Damian an open invite to drop Bruce and be a Phantomhive but still Keep the Wayne name.

I can also see the Phantomhive family being around longer than they Waynes so having a more universal and bigger influence more than the Waynes could ever have for centuries. So it's entirely possible if either Aunt May or Spider!phantomhive!reader could ruin Bruce and the others beyond repair.

Though I can also see spider!Phantomhive!reader sparing Duke Thomas,Cassandra,Jason,Stephanie Brown and Barbra but the others are fair game.

I can also see the second one going something like this when it comes to Damina and Spider!Phantomhive!reader

Spider!Phantomhive!reader upon meeting John Kent\Superboy and seeing that Damian made a friend.

How this works is Joker was also a friend of not only Aunt may and Uncle Ben but also Spider!Phantomhive!reader

So how Spider!Phantomhive!reader meets and makes the deal with Sebastain in this is basically reader still temporarily dies in some way, mainly with the court coming after them since in their eyes Spider!Phantomhive!reader has failed them but when they thought they're dead after catching sight of them a few times before they're kidnapped and basically what happens in the original concept.

I haven't found out what the deal would be fully but it's there.

Now HOW Joker gets the kid is basically before Spiderphantomhive!Reader is still with their bio parents something happens to both May and Ben and instead of being handed over to ANYONE else Spider!Phantomhive!reader is handed over to Joker.

Skip to when he gets his kid back. He knows that there is something up with that butler\assistant is not human, hardly anyone having contact with the main Gotham cast is human and mentally sound as Sebastian is acting.

But as long as he doesn't harm his baby(who is an adult now) he's cool with what's going on.

Now for the Phantomhive family business(Funtom Co) I can see not only Joker making sure no one can get the company but EVERY SINGLE batman rouge is on Joker's side and makes sure not even Batman\Bruce can get it.

The court of owls are alot of things but knows not to piss off the amount of people they did, especially after offing Spider!Phantom!reader.

Now the people at Funtom co actually genuinely care for Spider!Phantomhive!reader and vice versa because who else would actually have full health benifits,paid days off and vacation, a pay check that you have more than enough paycheck you can actually live on and it's not a paycheck-to-paycheck type deal like the funtom co is ranked “#1 worker-friendly corporation”,

Skip to when Spider!Phantomhive!reader returns and takes over it's not really a secret that Spider!Phantomhive!reader has scars or has some other business beyond the company..........BUT with the butler that's always at their side is WAY to terrifying to find out what it is.

I mean sure a lot of the people in the company may harbors a crush on the guy but it's obvious that Spider!Phantomhive!reader comes first and they respect Spider!Phantomhive!reader to act on them.

The last new girl they had that TRIED to act on their feelings\crush on Sebastian asked to be transferred the same day closer to her family which Spider!Phantomhive!reader agreed with since that would lessen the worry on the woman's shoulders with the distance thing.

So I went into Spider!Phantomhive!reader's past on what led them to make the deal with Sebastian.

Spider!Phantomhive!Reader acts like nothing bothers them but you can't pretend that there are things that linger and some of them lead to having things to avoide a repeat of said situation like Spider!Phantomhive!reader not being too far from Sebastain in public areas mainly overcrowded areas.

But if fear gas that it fixed to where it can work on Spider!Phantomhive!reader than Damian would become protective and if he needs to will make a deal with Sebastain behind Spider!Phantomhive!reader's back.

And when Damian finds out what happens he reports back to his mother and asks her to trap down those people and anyone else involved with that group.

And I can see him having Ace,Goliath and Titus watch over Spiderphantomhive!reader......though they do have a demon at their side nearly at all times.

Though that doesn get me thinking on how Damian would react to Pluto
