So I got curious the other day(or a few or more days ago) ans seen if apiders are protective of their young and some are(though idk the species that are) and it finally clicked in my head.

What would happen if Spider!reader had a kid with one of the freak circus members.

Like the amount of times spider!reader has been knocked into a wall is basically more than anyone can count.

But back to my original point.

Spider!reader who after gaining enough energy back is just staring daggers into Pierrot while he's panicking on what happened and why his darling isn't letting him near their baby.

And it isn't till later that it clicks thst some spiders are protective of their young and spider!reader is spider LIKE.

I FULLY BELIVE if Stark!Reader ever has Kid(s) that the gollective group of villains from the JL will actively attack anyone who messes with their "granchild" (Each villain basically adopted Stark!Reader on the spot when they first met them.

Side note STARK!READER ADOPTED RESPAWN For those of you who don't know who respawn is he is the son of Slade Wilson and Talia al ghul.

AND YOU BET JEFF WOULD BE PROTECTIVE OF HIS SIBLING!

SPIDER!READER AND DEATH

So how I see spider!reader dying is specific.

Due to having the same disadvantage as a spider does with not producing their own body heat spider!reader also needs external sources of heat.

Thus when a troublesome target for I.M.P decides to dive into the water spidey!reader goes after them but even though they finished the job it came with the expense of their own life due to the water being cold and how far down spidey!reader was.

So when they wake up BACK IN HELL they go straight to the hotel and just doesn't explain ANYTHING until after they called Blitz and told him their location.

And I fully believe spidey!reader would have shark like features or some sort of aquatic features but still having a human like apperance(think mimzzie)

But the shark like apperance isn't because hate sharks but just an aquatic feature and the way they died by drowning.

If you add Jeff it's EXTREMELY rare that he leaves spidey!reader's side anymore.

What if?(this isn't canon to the spidey!reader x gambit thing just a fun idea)

Random thought but what if we add black cat to this universe?

And spidey!reader and Felica are ex's who are still friends(there is a reason for this part)

And that possibly opens up to Bruce having an aneurysm because now you have another cat themed theif AND spidey!reader used to date.

Since spider!reader is spider like/has the abilities of a spider then to me rhst means they are also ectothermic and poikilothermic

Spiders cannot produce their own body heat. They are ectothermic (cold-blooded) and poikilothermic, meaning their body temperature depends entirely on the surrounding environment. When it gets cold, spiders become sluggish and inactive, rather than generating heat to stay warm like humans do.

So I believe during winter missions with I.M.P spider!reader stays behind in the office

But

If spider!reader wound up in heaven when they first arrived and it got to the point where spider!reader got sluggish or inactive then I can see like emily trying to keep spider!reader warm but I don't think it would fully work especially if spider!reader is taller than and maybe Adam has grown a soft spot by this point for spider!reader and helps get spider!reader to somewher warmer.

And while Spider!reader is warming up I can see Adam refusing to move and it being something like this

All I can imagine with this scenario is this.

Nightweaver knows it's extremely possible that someone on the Z team will find out who he is(he's following batman logic) and is terrified when that's going to happen.

So he decides to come clean if a chance ever arises,which it does after the bar fight when they're all getting tacos.

Maybe Nightweaver and Flambe have already have feelings for eachother but won't say it outloud.

Maybe thanks to Nightweaver explaining his past to Flambe but to where it sounds like a rumor he heard before Nightweaver left gotham and it only hits Flambe then and there that what he was told was what actually happened to Nightweaver.

And instead of Flambe doing like he does in game he does something similar to how he does after you toss the noodles at him when blonde blazer walks in and just tries to act like it's nothing and just hang out with the team.

And

The next day Nightweaver is expecting some confrontation or him to skip out on work but nope he's just there like it's a normal day.

And Nightweaver waits for something from Flambe like to be barbecued but nothing happens and maybe Nightweaver after having a yap session with Beef the night before just confronts the guy after they both clock out because he may not know alot about Flambe but he knows this is out of character for the guy.

This is the concept I'm leaning towards on using.

1.Is more based on Peni Parker but still somewhat based on Robert

Spidr psychic link: As he shares a psychic link with the spider inside his robot, Nightweaver can summon Spidr at any time to fight and is able to coordinate their attacks to their advantage.

Use of spider webs: While inside his robot, Nightweaver has access to spiderweb-like material that the robot can release, which they use to swing through the skies and entrap enemies. (However, it is important to note that this ability is only available to Nightweaver using the spidr robot.)

Technological prowess:Nightweaver is quite intelligent, particularly when it comes to electronics, as he was able to make an override key with the stolen data from lexcorp without difficulty.

2.Instead of staying in Gotham Nightweaver moves to Los Angeles and starts fighting crime there and one of the first people he faces is Flambe.

Skip to when one of joker's henchmen thinks it's funny to blow up the spider mech and now he has to wait for the mech to get fixed till he can go back out as Nightweaver and so he accepts the offer to work as Z teams dispatcher.

And Flambe and Nightweaver actually have their moments where walls are down and it leads to Nightweaver finally opening up about uncle Ben and how he was the one to make the spider mech not Nightweaver and how uncle Ben would have liked the team.

I can see Nightweaver having a photo of the whole team in the mech after it gets finished.

THIS SPIDEY!Reader's Spider hero name is already set to Nightweaver.

Basically (possibly)

Instead of Nightweaver!Reader taking their father's place after his death they continue as Nightweaver and just leave the mech suit in the batcave since they don't want anything to happen to it.

Nightweaver stil has that missing piece of ear Robert Robertson the third has and got it the same way Robert did.

instead of being "raised" by the second mecha man Nightweaver was raised by various justice league villains (Ex:Joker,Pison Ivy,Harley Quinn,Bane,Lex Luthor) and doesn't really remember their bio dad nearly at all.

When given the chance to work with the Z-team Nightweaver IMMENEIANTLEY agrees.

How Nightweaver got to this point is because they got injured to where they couldn't go back in the field like they usually did and basically got out voted on taking a break from being Gotham's spider hero\vigilante.

And instead of it just being Beef,Jeff the landshark and Nightweaver, Ace also goes and when Beef is introdued Ace is also introduced but unlike Beef Ace is always next to Nightweaver.

And now there is a VERY distrusting German Shepard(Ace) and a really cute and Chunky Chihuahua(Beef) AND a cute Landshark that follwos after waterboy when he's not doing hero work.
