There is just the right amount of spice, salt, and sweetness in these crispy buffalo chicken tenders. They have a tasty buffalo sauce on top and are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken tenders. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 2 eggs, beaten. 1 cup breadcrumbs. 1/2 cup hot sauce. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1/4 cup honey. 1 tsp garlic powder. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350F 175C. In three separate shallow dishes, place the flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge each chicken tender first in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs mixture. Fry the coated chicken tenders in batches for about 5-6 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels. In a small saucepan, combine hot sauce, melted butter, and honey. Heat over low heat until the butter is melted and the sauce is well combined. Toss the fried chicken tenders in the buffalo sauce until evenly coated. Serve hot and enjoy the deliciously messy goodness!
