Ingredients: 200g beef slices. 200g chow mein noodles. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 small onion, thinly sliced. 1 carrot, julienned. 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced. 1 cup bean sprouts. 2 tablespoons soy sauce. 1 tablespoon oyster sauce. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Boil chow mein noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add beef slices and stir-fry until browned, then remove from the wok and set aside. In the same wok, add more oil if needed, and stir-fry onion, carrot, and bell pepper until they start to soften. Add bean sprouts and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Return the cooked beef to the wok. Add soy sauce and oyster sauce, then stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until everything is well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the cooked chow mein noodles to the wok and toss everything together for a few more minutes until the noodles are heated through and coated in the sauce.
