So in this episode, which was pre-Chargeman days, trains were the focus. Evil terrorist Yuriko enlists the help of Sparkman to hijack a ton of trains and send them all speeding towards the Densan central station, where the intent is to destroy the area and hurt as many people as possible. Again, kids show.

The first settei shows one of the stops along the way, where Saloma first sends Woodman to stop the out-of-control train Netto happens to be in. Then you have the aerial view of the central station, and third, it’s main control room and tower.

But what could soften this harsh, adult-themed storyline? CATLAND! A meowvelous amusement park where Netto and Chisao were heading. And the main ferris wheel view of the park is seen in settei 4.

Settei 5 is the interior of the passenger car that Netto and Chisao are originally riding in, before they realize they’ve been hijacked. Also where Netto got hit on by an older woman for his cute cat ears. Good thing Meiru wasn’t going along with them, riding to the park...^^;

Settei 6 shows a vending machine area in the train, where, no lie, Sparky’s virus minions made happy snacks attack Netto and passengers.

Settei number 7 moves onto the dining room car,

while the 8th settei finally gets up to the conductor’s engine room, where the good conductor is trying to save his passengers, but his evil Navi doppleganger wants to fight Rock and Wood. *Spoilers - He’s really Sparkman*

Finally, the last settei page shows the main exterior of the front of the train, which daredevil Netto climbs on top of, in order to...worry his parents? Make all the other passengers look bad? Who let this kid jump across a bullet train speeding to it’s doom like this?!

In the end, Wood Man gives Rock his essence after protecting him from electric doom, and it’s the first time we get to see the Christmas miracle that is Festive Holiday Turtleneck Sweater Soul:

And the train stops with barely an inch to spare, so nobody gets hurt. Except for Yuriko’s feelings, since she failed at murder. Alright everyone, let’s go have fun at Catland now!!
