This is Chrysant. She is a EARTH attribute monster and would have been a part of the Elemental Hero series. Her special ability would be that by once per turn, you could halve her Attack points so you'd be able to deal direct damage to your opponent.
And yes, I do ship her with Sparkman because I think my recent obsession with Transformers has made me suddenly become attracted to like robot-coded characters outside of the mecha genre.
I'm also debating if I should come up with a FUSION monster between these two.

back when snake n spark were still working in the studios they did work with techno and The Prodigy-esque electronica, mostly doing this because any grimmer subject matter would not be so welcome in their scenarios. For the most part they did this to survive and not end up archived due to a hiatus, not out of any genuine desire to create...
once they got the fuck outta there and found themselves living alone with a few other escapees, they shifted their ideas to say the least. away from space inspired sounds and dragged on thoughts of what could've been, leaning into scraping, rumbling, booming dark ambients inspired by their newfound location and sonic qualities of this vast, vast world. a way to turn over a new leaf, i suppose...
