Him having sensory processing disorder seems really clear to me. Like the fabric of a certain shirt of his setting him off, so he wears those crisp shirts all the time
Also him having issues with Tony's clothes being too tight in Ragnarok? SPD!
Hulk having lots of issues with being chronically understimulated; he likes to watch bright lights and listen to loud noises
Bruce has a special oversized iPad with a silicone protector made by Tony for Hulk; it has a bunch of apps for stimming, like a fireworks simulator and coloring apps that are easy for his fingers to manipulate
Thor helps Hulk realize when he's getting overstimulated; when Hulk starts getting angry and twitchy, Thor gives him deep pressure hugs
Self-regulation is also an issue for Hulk, and Thor helps with that too, scheduling time for stim breaks in the occupational therapy room Tony made for the neurodivergents on the team
