Our main man, Vincent. Although by the time the story gets rolling he no longer has the eyebrow piercing, it is rather cute. A lot of times we like to describe Vince as a man who is "ugly-hot". He's got jowls, he's got a lazy eye, he's got a large crooked nose. It makes for a more interesting design if nothing else.
It's important to the story that he looks like a regular guy. He's just another guy you'd find on any street in a Midwestern town or city, even as the protagonist of what is ostensibly a romance story.

aka I don’t feel like writing greens because I don’t feel like thinking anymore
“The flowers do not embody their traits at all!”
Correct, which is very interesting.
We all know that the flowers were raised by Asgore and maintained by him for years.
I personally think that the flowers might be his personal view on what each trait truly represents.
Orange (Bravery)
Orange is a coward who constantly relies on others.
Much like Asgore, who hides from reality instead of confronting his situation. Not to mention this could tie into his old position as the Police Chief, when some unspecified tragedy happened. The Holidays took pity on him, and he continues to hide behind them.
Orange also mentions her “hangriness”, having Green feed her to calm down. We have seen Asgore eat (quite a lot), but maybe there’s a reason? A lot of people with depression either cope by overeating or undereating.
Yellow (Justice)
Yellow is a cowboy who is easily manipulated and emotional, leading to attempts to kill himself.
Assuming Yellow is a sheriff, that is a high position, just like the police chief. We also have the court-case fight—which may be a manifestation of Asgore’s authority itself. But as we see, Yellow is presented as an idiot who can’t solve any detective work by himself (and hardly even tries after getting lied to). This could also represent the unnamed tragedy that Asgore was replaced by.
The self punishment Yellow constantly tries to inflict upon himself could also represent parts of Asgore’s depression. He believed his family blamed him for the incident, so much so that he secluded himself away from them. (Ultimately leading to the divorce).
When finding out Blue was the culprit of the last crime, Yellow is shocked. But does he punish him? No, because Yellow has a bias, which means he cannot attain true Justice. Asgore himself cannot attain true Justice, because of his bias towards his loved ones, as well as his self blame.
Green (Kindness)
(WIP)
Blue (Integrity)
Blue is a ballerina who believes that love is integral to life.
Much like Blue, Asgore yearns for love. In fact, he is quite literally obsessed with it.
However, Blue does steal and lie to his friends, lacking that integrity. He’s not good at having healthy relationships because of what he does. Asgore clings to the idea of love and romance, but is not good at maintaining relationships because he doesn’t have the emotional maturity.
Blue constantly gives flowers and gifts to others, showing love and forgiveness by practically buying it off of them. He also regifts the things he steals, as shown with Yellow and Orange. Asgore is shown with constantly trying to impress Toriel with gifts just to get her to like him again. As for the stealing, it could be seen as Asgore mocking Sans for Toriel’s affection.
He presents himself in a way the public would want to see him. Much like Asgore, who likes to cover up what he truly is inside.
Asgore lacks integrity just as Blue does.
Aqua (Patience)
Aqua is a young girl who is impatient and acts a bit obnoxious at times.
It is obvious that Aqua is a mockery of young Kris, which could be tied to Asgore’s nostalgia. Not to mention Aqua’s almost sibling-like dynamic with Seth. It’s as if they were meant to be Asriel and Kris.
Aqua is jumpy, crazy, always wanting something new. She’s obsessed with fitting in. Just as Kris was with the monsters. However, Asgore also seems to have some obsession with fitting in as a person himself. He wants to be liked by other people, and he’s impatient to get that. He tries to force back on familial love with Toriel and Kris, not giving time for them to heal and develop themselves.
I personally think Aqua is a mix of Asgore’s nostalgia for young Kris as well as himself, as she shows signs of them both. The two of them have no sense of patience.
Seth (Perseverance)
Seth is a bookworm who enjoys knowing everything there is to know.
Although I don’t think the two are inherently similar, Seth can be compared to Asriel in some ways. They are the more responsible of the two (Seth and Aqua), also implied to be older. They also give Aqua many lectures, as Asriel likely would’ve with his younger sibling.
Seth is unable to persevere because they always nag on Aqua for her wrong doings. They criticize and critique whatever aspect they can. Asgore nags on the past as well, always focusing on something he does wrong. He remains emotionally trapped by his divorce with Toriel and the self blame the unnamed accident inflicted on him. He also instead focuses on something else, which are the Dark Worlds. He has obsessive research and thoughts about them, as seen in multiple instances when talking to Flowery—or even the flashbacks with the flowers. The two of them have the inability to persevere because they are hung up about other problems.
