My biggest headcanon based off of barely any canon context is that Kent Connolly was one of the ghouls expelled from diamond city. It could explain why he is the way he is in Goodneighbor while simultaneously not having a big personal connection to the town itself beyond the memory den.

Would James go as far as to cover up an estranged family member to the LW? Questions I ask myself.

In defense of Fallout 4 (with a heavy heart lol) I really do think people underestimate how much shit is fucked up purely from conflicts that happened in the 5 years leading up to the player character being unfrozen instead of everything being static.

Kinda random but I’d imagine Swank and Silver would dislike each other in the most passive aggressive professional matter imaginable. Like to the point where it wraps back around to be fond in a way.

James is such an interesting character to me because he’s dumb but like in a naive, kind of way. Dumped all his stats into intelligence but not wisdom kind of situation. Like you’re smart enough to find a way to purify a heavily polluted source of water but can’t wrap your head around why leaving your kid in a tin can with residents and hostile cops who are extremely loyal to the vindictive overseer (who you have just tricked and blind sided) is a bad idea.
