What I love most about Venom: Let There Be Carnage is the fact that Eddie just ups and abandons two chickens in a parkβ¦and not only did they stay put in that exact spot but nobody had tried to remove them.
The resurgence of the public calling for an Amazing Spider-Man 3 movie warms my heart so much.
Amazing Spider-Man fans were also calling for the same thing when they found out Andrew Garfield was not going to get a third movie. Back then comic book stuff wasn't as prevalent on social media as it is today and despite your opinions on the content of comic movies, not much could be done about how the movies turned out. So it wasn't really a compelling idea to just start a hashtag for something like that.
I knew when this movie came out there would be a call for a third Amazing Spider-Man movie and this time it would be heard. After the fiasco of the first Sonic the Hedgehog trailer (publicity stunt or not) I learned how powerful the internet now is in regards to content. I sincerely hope Sony hears the cries of its fans and gives Andrew Garfield the third movie he so very much deserves.
I also hope they appreciate the cash cow they would create in bringing Andrew Garfield back for the Sonyverse. Personally, I've missed Andrew Garfield's Spider-Man for so long I will take whatever they give as long as they make it true to the character and respectful to the actor.
