lately I've been doing things to japanese verbs that feel illegal
一課、そんけいご (honorific speech)
Group 1 Verbs: these can usually be identified by the verb stem. There are usually more than two hiragana characters in the stem after dropping the ます。To obtain honorific passive form, change the i sound to the a sound (ex. 読み ー> 読ま )
飲む(DIC.)、飲める(P)、飲まれる(Honorific-Passive)
しぬ、死ねる、死なれる
あそぶ、あそべる、あそばれる
買う、買える、買われる
Group 2: replace ます with られます or られる.
食べる(DIC.)、食べられる (P/Honorific-Passive)
寝る、寝られる
出る、出られる
見る、見られる
着る、着られる
起きる、起きられる
かりる、かりられる borrow
出来る * is already in potential form, not generally expressed in hon-pass
Group 3: only きます、します、N+します
nai, dic. form, potential, hon-pass
来ない、来る、来られる、来られる
しない、する、できる、される

○○ご担当者様各位、ご担当各位様
Correct is 「ご担当各位」or 「ご担当者様」. 各位=みなさま so that it already includes 「様」 If you use both words, it will turn out to be 「ご担当者様様」
◆Expressions upper people use to lower people
Using 「了解」to your superior is…
