We picked up immediately after session one ended--Mae (above) having just died. We don't know how old star was, but Dee made sure to emphasize just how young she appeared to be and how small she was.

Further revelations about character's stances on things--notably that our doctor might harbor some amount of distrust towards aliens, and same for our co-captain.

Mouse (my PC) interacting with Vaun and Trv-e (Turvy), two other robots aboard the ship. While Mouse is the most advanced out of the three, and the only rogue one, I think that she'll appreciate the android companionship.

Mouse and Taen (@jatmin-the-fan 's character) interacting! They were both so painfully awkward, but I love the beginnings of the party bonding. I really look forward to more of it. ALSO I UNLOCKED SOME VOTD!EDEN INFO HERE BECAUSE TAEN TALKED ABOUT THEIR FRIENDS AND SHOWED MOUSE A PICTURE OF THEM

Eugene (@birbinab0x) being very protective of Vale (@exiity3) while they're being shouted about and accused of murdering Mae by a select few members of the crew. I unfortunately didn't really get to get a grasp of these characters before the campaign started, and I love them more every time I see them in action.

Mae's funeral. Dee mentioned that a chunk of that was actually improv, and I think that they did wonderfully with it. The chaplain's words (written in the above picture) were beautifully put. Taen left a flower pin on star's body, wishing her to "grow verdant and strong," a saying from their home culture on Eden. Mouse apologized for failing her too. Vale told her "live forever, star girl. Forever, in space." And we shot her out of the air lock. End session.

- I HAVE ALL OF THEIR NAMES NOW I was so excited and gleeful every single time we met a new character. I need to draw the whole crew so do expect to see more of them

- @jat-a-fan-of-stuff (who plays Taen) and I made bingo cards (for ourselves and for the two other players). It was really enjoyable to call out bingos with my friends :]

- Second crew member we meet, the electrician, immediately asks to look at Mouse’s (my pc, an android) insides. I love it so much she was so enthusiastic.

- surprise 14th NPC in terms of a stowaway on the ship!! Star’s such a cutie pie I adore her. I was INCREDIBLY baffled and it was nice to be thrown, since I managed to guess most of the NPCs before Dee gave us their jobs (or their names)

- Passing the designated smoking area and having a conversation that went along the lines of:

“But vaping will give you cancer!”

[incredibly dryly] “Oh noooo, I’m gonna get cancerrrrrr.” While the two pcs (Taen and Eugene [idk if his player has a tumblr to tag]) kind of rolled their eyes in the background

- being flat out wrong abt two characters having a platonic relationship. They’re married! Technically it’s against the Renewable’s company rules, but one of them is the HR officer and the company doesn’t know, so. Reporting them would be difficult. I love them so much.

- Mouse experiencing stars for the first time, followed by Taen making sure she didn’t get left behind as the tour continued.

- Also in the same scene, Vale (played by @exiity3) (a medic) loudly announcing he would like to drive the ship, followed by the (anxious) navigator being like “uhm. No thank you.” And subsequent Vale snooping.

- Vale and Mouse snooping around post-your and getting someplace that was locked and therefore they probably shouldn’t be. This was immediately followed Dee turning on the track “end times” from outer wilds (sun explode music) as the door opened and my gut dropping as i recognized the music
