A boy that's a year older than me wants to take me to his graduation banquet (a mutual friend told me this) but I have nothing to wear and I don't know if I'll have a good time with his friends and I'm also scared of relationships. Honestly? You could tell him that you’re nervous, and if he brushes it off then that should let you know that a relationship with him might be a bit like that, but if he reacts positively then don’t worry! A lot of the time friends can be a bit stupid around significant others of their friends, but they should get you’re not feeling amazing. In the very least, they should be kind to you! And clothes... in terms of clothing to wear, if you have a nice dress it should be all good, and reusing a prom/formal dress should be alright! If you honestly don’t think you have anything that fits that sort of thing, ask your friends! They should be fine lending you clothes for this :)
