in my dreams, yes someday hopefully!! it's something ive thought about working on side by side with TLS's sequel game, when the time comes c:
ill ramble a liiiiittle more about it beneath the cut because ive been rotating it in my mind recently.
in a big way the vampire IF is my least plot-driven IF idea. it would be heavily character focused, with dual plot lines throughout a good portion of the book. it also would, in theory, be my attempt at restraint (aka no 100k word chapters)...but who knows lmao.
the general concept would be that MC is seeking a fresh start in a new city, gets noticed by a vampire for an attribute i'd let the player pick (something like beauty/talent/knowledge/power), and gets turned one night.
the book would be my chance to really play with vampire lore while MC figures out exactly what it is that they've become, and tries to make sense of all of the rules they must now follow. also there's a vampire turf war and everyone is apparently obsessed with them.
big focus on the horror and/or ecstasy that comes from changing species and becoming a killer.
in my dreams it's campy and kinky and over the top lol. definitely a (probably dark) romance and a character piece above all else.

Remy, your sire, who you have an intense bond with by nature of them being the one who turned you. MC can reject it or embrace it or fall somewhere in the middle. Remy is a gambler who takes a calculated risk by turning MC before Soleil gets the chance. They're snarky and manipulative and also deeply pathetic. (m/f/nb)
Soleil, the leader of your coven, who has been somewhat obsessed with MC since they moment they saw them. They usually get what they want, so they're somewhat put out. They're hedonistic and charismatic and dangerous and are enamored with the idea of showing MC just how fun vampirism can be. (f/m)
Dana/Dane, MC's gregarious, beefy neighbor who helped them move in. They've always been friendly, and they're something of a port in the storm after MC is turned. A connection to their humanity. Of course, D is actually a thrill-seeking glory hound werewolf vampire hunter who wants to turn MC against their own kind...but what can you do? (f/m)
Melody, the princess in the tower, the lonely heart. She's tragic and romantic and desperate for a knight in shining armor. She loathes vampirism and never asked to be a killer...but living outside the covens in this city is suicide, so she puts up with Sol's bullshit. Won't you come save her? Please? She's not lying. Issac, a (mostly) independent vampire being sponsored by your enemy coven. He's so different from everyone in Sol's coven--prim and restrained and full of cold confidence. A breath of fresh air.
