Somar-Le is just adorable. Tho what I like most about her is pretty much the entirety of Hal Jordan and the Green Lantern Corps issue #15, when she tells her grandchildren the story of how the Corps saved Xudar, then at the end goes flying over the city with her husband. It's nice to see GLs who get a happy ending.
I just wish that Somar-Le being chosen by the ring had been because of better circumstances. The Fracture storyline and its characterization of Soranik and Tomar is probably the weakest part of the Hal and Pals run.
Ah Mogo. Despite the popular joke about how he doesn't socialize, he's at his best when counseling his fellow Green Lanterns. Literally, he's the go-to for GLs who need to clear their head or seek advice, and I think that's so wholesome.
As much as I appreciate Mogo's simple design, someone once pointed out that he looks like a billiards ball and I cannot unsee that. I apologize for inflicting this knowledge on you.
