Sometimes we might assume that a piece of land is beyond repair; that it is too toxic, too ruined and lifeless for it to be possible to grow food on it. Well in this week's episode, Ben takes a trip to New York City to witness the incredible transformation of a old, disused and toxic railway line into a truly inspiring organic community garden. Working from the ground up, this group of passionate gardeners demonstrate how to transform any piece of land, even when we might think that it is lost forever.
So if mycelium is like the Wi-Fi and plants talk to each other, does that mean my house plants are lonely

This is not a hobby.
This is my life.
5/4/24 ~ Some new stuff Iโm using this year. Iโve never used Coco Coir before today & I loooove it! So much product in a compact lil brick! And itโs repurposed natural material, so win win. I still used a little bit of my seed starting mix to mix in with it just because thatโs all I know ๐ ๐
But Iโm learning about the different medias/compost for planting!
I also got a bag of worm castings. Mixed some of it in there as well. We shall see how it does!
What do you use to mix in your media?
