My face when they have young coconut at the store!!!! 😍😭🙌🏻 If you’ve never had one of these before, allow me to change your Coconut experience for life! They’re a little tricky to open but so worth the effort! The inside is full of wonderful coconut water like usual, but instead of the kinda crunchy white parts of our regular- and still beloved- coconuts, the white insides of these guys are soft and chewy and insanely delicious and somehow way better than the regular ones. I pour the water into a glass and sip it while I scoop into the coconut with a spoon. It’s one of my favorite snacks in the world and is a PERFECT option when you’re cravin something sweet but don’t want to open that freezer and grab your ice cream haha. Made the most delicious thing ever which also happens to be a kale salad. No kidding. My bacon-burger-loving husband said he wants to eat it everyday. 😳✊🏼🎉 1/4 c Tahini 1/2 tbsp Braggs Aminos 1/2 tbsp Apple Cider Vin (raw!) dash Braggs Nutritional yeast (optional) dash Furikake (sesame and seaweed) (optional) dash Vindaloo curry blend or reg curry powder Fresh grated, about a thumb size piece: Tumeric Ginger 1 clove garlic (or more for cold prevention or feeling the sickies comin on!) Black pepper 1/2 Lime or lemon or orange (juice) Raw honey The tahini is the bulk of the dressing. The rest is just dashes. Make about a half cup total to one bag or head of kale. Too much dressing is overwhelming. Keep it light. If you make too much, keep some for later! Enjoy. 😘 #tablerich #foodismedicine #sodanggood
