#somethingdifferentsunday - anxiety. I'm often told that I come across as quite confident; people can sometimes​ be surprised or even state disbelief when I explain my anxieties. Most of the time, I put on my teacher mask to help me cope. Behind my mask, I'm all over the place: wondering what everyone else is thinking; telling myself that everyone hates me; feeling worthless; speculating about other people's opinions of me; creating possible conversations; analysing what I'm saying/doing and what everyone else is saying/doing. It's exhausting. It makes me feel like a ridiculous failure.
