Day 1 of tracking February: 1-30: yesterday I was anxious about my future. But last night was the 3rd night that i didn't drink. One key take away was the fact that my swimming is a lot less stressful. I am cardiovascularly much more fit. I can freestyle swim without getting nervous or panicky.Â
Smart: I decided to come up with solutions for my client. Out of the box stuff to find him temporary housing. Finding solutions is less stressful than giving up and giving others problems.Â
Dumb: nothing stands out. I had a couple of macaroons for a treat last night. Yesterday was solid. I can say i need to set up my days on my calendar better.
