still achy, still rumbly & still gassy..😖 I think this food is never going down..🤰

Just look at this 🎈, I can’t. It hurts so bad 🥲😖 I’ve never been that stuffed, bloated and gassy before. My belly is protesting so loud, it’s terrible🙂‍↔️🙃🤰

I normally make it to Pilates class whether it's raining or not, but it's too much rain to get on the motorbike into town...and I'm so bloated this morning. I had too much xylitol chewing gum before bed, plus 1 litre of water and 6 maltesers. 1 kg up from yesterday morning is not fat, of course. If the rain dies down enough I'll drive into town and the fitness studio will be empty. I love it when the classes are small-- less anxiety from crowdedness. :D
