I’d like to share a personal milestone with you guys. Today marks three years since I quit alcohol! If you told my teenage self that I’d be a married, sober Vegan at the age of 26 she would have laughed in your face! In January 2020 I took a look at my life and decided that I was tired, tired of sitting in pubs listening to the same old conversation, tired of feeling sick at every party, tired of losing a whole day to a hangover. I’m so proud of myself for sticking to it despite the temptation of liquid courage at social gatherings!
