You mean like “Last Hope,” where she goes off to marry Saleh and becomes a happy cute mom?Or “Epithumia, Nous, Thymos,” where they are all smols and nobody is evil yet and she helps pull off a candied fig heist? 

Or “Sweet,” where she and Innes make chair sex into a competition where everybody wins? 

;P (I guess in that first one Ephraim is definitely permanently Suffering but then I got curious about how many fics I’ve written with no suffering at all :o. I HAVE COMPILED THEM BELOW THE CUT. Granted, a lot of them are older/not super great, but.)

Yeah, I kind of do feel it. I can’t believe I used to write Kent so often tbh, because as you know, now I find him so boring, bahaha. But yeah, I think I just got sick of having to examine him so hard to be able to flesh him out, and I do find that I feel a similar reluctance toward most characters you aren’t given a ton of information about. Not frustration, exactly, because I find that if I’m getting frustrated, I just don’t write the idea. It’s not worth it.

Oh, there are definitely characters I would not write if you paid me to because I like them so little you’d be wasting your money. 

…actually this meme would be even more fun if we put a price on how little I like something.

I really don’t even think much about Narcien. He’s marginally more interesting than Valter as far as Villains On Dragons go, and his particular brand of nasty strikes me as a steal from FE5′s vain li’l shitbag Kempf. But I am not completely and utterly uninterested in Narcien, nor am I thoroughly revolted by him. I could set a moderate price on writing Narcien– maybe in exchange for art or cheesecake brownies[*]. The hardest part would be brushing up on FE6 itself, I think.
