Ingredients: 1 sheet vegan puff pastry. 12 asparagus spears, trimmed. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 200C 400F. Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut into 12 equal strips. Brush each strip with olive oil and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Place an asparagus spear on each strip and gently roll it up. Place the spirals on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the asparagus is tender. Serve warm and enjoy!
